Ja, der Betreiber hat sich in einem anderem Forum geäußert:
This is the current situation:
The CMA # 14 and CME # 02 editions are being prepared for shipping and the Joker CMA # 20 preorder will be completed.
The titles CMA # 15 and CMA # 17 are at an advanced stage (we have printed the lenticulars and we are about to send the executive files for the printing of the Full Slip) and will be in production during the month of April and in shipment in early May.
At the end of May we will proceed with the shipment of CMA # 16.
We had to completely organize our work plan because in Italy the virus hit very hard forcing us to a quarantine that has already lasted for 30 days.
Even in complicated conditions we are progressing with projects, contracts with artists and approvals.
We know how much patience is needed to support us right now, but we are creating editions full of exclusive artworks for you!

Cine-Museum verdient wirklich die "Goldene Himbeere" der Retailer. Sie haben mittlerweile den zweifelhaften Ruf, den FA mühsam abstreift bzw. abgestreift hat. Will heißen: Geld früh kassieren, Ware spät liefern, riesigen Backlog anhäufen, ständig neue Projekte ankündigen. Wenn man dann auch noch sieht, mit welchen Praktiken sie arbeiten (Stichwort: Artwork-Lizenzierung) und wie sie mit Kunden umspringen, sollten eigentlich genug Gründe beisammen sein, um künftig nicht mehr dort zu bestellen. Nur sind die Produkte, wenn sie schließlich erscheinen, doch immer ihr Geld und die Warterei wert. Und genau deshalb wird der Laden auch so weiterlaufen (können). Ich nehme mich da gar nicht aus, denn ich bin - trotz meiner schlechten Erfahrungen - auch wieder schwach geworden und habe mir zuletzt die Batman Box vorbestellt. You have waited a long time for it and we are sorry for the delay due to some unfavorable events (a second reprint was needed)., But we are happy with the final result!
The exclusive front artwork is one of the best made in the CMA line.
The back artwork was created by Alex Zabolotsky (https://www.alexzablotsky.com/), an artist who we will soon meet for another project dedicated to a great film!
We are sure that the wait will be rewarded by all the quality and attention to detail that is the main feature of the CM products.
The title is SOLD-OUT at the moment but it is not excluded that there may be a small restock close to the expedition which is scheduled for the end of September.

fatty01 Im Update zu It Chapter Two #19 gibt es noch folgende Aussage:
Wir nutzen diese Vorbestellung, um uns für die vielen Verzögerungen in diesen Monaten zu entschuldigen.
Wir haben im September hart daran gearbeitet, die Renovierung der Räume abzuschließen, die notwendig sind, um die vielen Projekte der nächsten Monate zu unterstützen, doch es wird noch etwa 10 Tage dauern, bis wir wieder voll einsatzbereit sind.
Wir verstehen die Unannehmlichkeiten und Frustration, die wir in den Monaten angesammelt haben, und dafür werden wir uns nie entschuldigen.
Wir haben versucht, sofortige Rückerstattungen für alle, die rechtmäßig darum gebeten haben, zu gewährleisten, und wir haben versucht, stets dabei zu sein, um den notwendigen Kundenservice zu leisten, hoffentlich wurden die Bemühungen geschätzt.
Ab dem 15 Oktober werden die Sendungen regelmäßig von der ART-Linie wieder aufgenommen: CMA-Kasino #15 und Rocketman CMA #17.
Ende Oktober ist Johnny Memonic CMC dran #01.
Die anderen Titel der ART-Linie werden sofort nachgesandt (die Daten werden so schnell wie möglich mitgeteilt).

Hatte CM gestern eine Mail gesendet und gefragt wann mit dem Versand zu rechnen ist.
Antwort kam heute morgen und sie schreiben das Sie bereits mit dem Versand begonnen haben und sie hoffen das Ende dieser Woche alles raus geht.Kommentar
