Dear collectors:

We are receiving numerous messages for updates on the status of the productions for the titles in preorder of the past months.
We know that the times have lengthened compared to expectations and despite the incessant work, the production at the moment is unable to dispose of the workload in accordance with the times announced at the time of pre-order.
This delay, which was accumulated on last year's titles, is having repercussions on the current calendar, often forcing postponements.
It's very hard to answer your legitimate questions about waiting times and new preorders with precise dates.
We can only guarantee that all titles will be made with the utmost attention to details and shipped as soon as possible.
Customer support is a fundamental aspect of the service that a company must guarantee, but it is currently consuming a lot of time for our team which is reduced in number.
For this reason we ask you to be patient and wait for our communications, your support will be repaid with the most beautiful premium editions available on the market and with new titles in the program such as Blade and Psycho!

Birds of Prey will be shipping soon and we plan to proceed quickly with Joker too.
We will need more time for The Goonies instead because we are finishing the work necessary to pre-release Monster Squad by the month of March.

Daily transfer from CM headquarter to courier warehouse…we’re working to complete all possible shimmers before Christmas to international and Italian customers!
Tracking codes will be sent soon for The Goonies, Justice League and The Grinch.
Some Goonies Box Sets will be sent after Christmas to avoid problems with couriers (damaged or lost parcels).

Some important updates and dates to note:
- September 30: 2022
Payment requests will be sent from GB "Cine-Museum" The Club "of The Lost Boys CMA # 35.
The still pending Jaws and Hollywood shipments will be completed.
- 2/3/4 October: We will be closed for hospitalization for surgery.
- October 10: Suicide Squad CMA # 27 + The Thing 4K CMA # 03 will be required by this date
- 15/20 October 2022: After the reissue of the Boxes, the distribution of Creepshow CMC # 05 and The Antichrist CMC # 06 will finally begin.
We apologize for the long wait but we are trying to resolve printing errors that do not depend on the quality of our work
- October 20: Pending payments for The Exorcist CMA # 26 will be requested by this date
- October 30, 2022: The shipments of Suicide Squad CMA # 30 and The Thing 4K CMA # 03 will begin and will continue in the following days until total order fulfillment.
For those interested in The Thing Box Set, they will be able to purchase it later as soon as we finish completing the graphic design.
The box will not be numbered.
- November 15, 2022: Payment deadline for Group Buy, international orders and orders on the Cm site with bank transfer from Roger Rabbit CMA # 28 and Last Night in Soho CMA # 30.
Both titles will be printed by the end of December and will show live photos, but shipments will only start in January / February 2023.
- December 20, 2022: The Exorcist CMA # 26 release date
- February / March / April 2023: In these 3 months we will have to complete the release of the following titles:
- The Batman - CMA # 30
- The Lost Boys - CMA # 35
- Batman + Batman Returns - CMA # 18
- IT Chapter 2 + Box Set - Cma # 19
It is a very tight schedule and for this reason we ask you to be patient and not to send messages unless strictly necessary.
However, we will be available to answer your questions as soon as possible.

Difficult times will pass...“It can't rain all the time.”
I'm borrowing a quote from a movie that I love very much, to share a release plan for the next few months with all collectors.
This plan is the result of many efforts to solve very serious problems in the production phase, but it does not even remotely resemble what we should have and wanted to do.
Unfortunately the management of production, assembly and shipments has not been up to the quality of our products and this has also compromised communication with you during the last few months because it is difficult to answer so many very right questions when you don't have certain answers.
However, my idea of a company has always been based on assuming my own responsibilities both when it comes to receiving compliments and the results of well done job, and when i have to accept even very harsh criticism.
I don't want to dwell too much with excuses and justifications, this type of communication and approach to work does not belong to me and I find it extremely unprofessional.
I just want to assure all those who follow us and who are waiting very patiently for their orders, that I will personally commit myself to ensuring that this plan is respected by taking responsibility directly.
We don't have a exact plan yet for the next pre-orders of the CMA line, but we will probably offer Fright Night and Dracula in July.

P.S. The Exorcist CMA#26 project is ready but we must wait for an officialr release date of new 4K steelbook from Warner Bros.
