[Joker Shipping Information] & [Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Shipping]

Dear customers,

We are happy to announce that we have received Joker One Click Box and we will begin shipping from tomorrow except for few regions. We will send emails to our customers that will take longer than other shipments.
At the moment, shipping is very complicated and slow due to receiving many customized requests such as shipping date, use of certain shipping service. We apologize to our customers for the delay. We are trying our best to process all requests and send them according to our customers' needs.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will ship 1 week later from July 17th due to the delay from Joker Shipment.

[July Announcement]

1. Once Upon a Time.. Steelbook
- Release will start shipping from July 17th due to the delay with Joker Release shipping.
- Increase packing staff to process the orders much faster than Joker Release
- Shipping service situation is much better than June. There shouldn't be any problem except for few regions.

2. Birds of Prey Steelbook Pre-order
- Pre-order date: July 24th, 2020
- Shipping price will be adjusted according to the increase and decrease of shipping services.
- Steelbook photo will be updated soon.

3. Dunkirk Steelbook Pre-order
- Pre-order will be in August
- More images and information will be ready soon

4. Matrix Steelbook Schedule
- Pre-order expected to be in September
- Design is in progress.

- Pre-order starts at 8PM, August 28th, 2020. (HKT, UTC+8)
- Took Manta Lab 2 years with many approval tries to get it approved with director's guideline

2. Matrix 1 Pre-order Information
- Under final approval process
- Pre-order expected in late September
- 2 is under design process, will release late 2020 or early 2021

3. Post Office Opens to more countries
- Germany is available for shipping with Post Office
- Canada and Russia are still under restriction

4. More information on other releases will be updated in September

Hi guys, this is John from Manta Lab. Thanks to every collectors supported us for the year 2021. We had an amazing year with the best designs and packages our team and freelance artists made. Thanks to all the studios trusted their IPs with us to create fantastic packages. I always want to write an elaborate post with future plans and details but as soon as I start to write the post, I forget everything so let me write some things I really want to mention. Next year, our company will go through some drastic changes because we plan to sign up with multiple consumer product companies to explore different markets. However, making exclusive steelbook and global releases for our licensors will be our primary business as always. I am very excited to try out new businesses and hope that we can continue to create value for our collectors. There are many parts in our company that we need improvement from packing to sourcing but we already see that our company is far better than how we conducted our business 6 years ago. We will continue to improve and bring joy to our collectors. Thank you for the amazing year and your support again.

Hi guys, we are happy to announce that we have signed the licensee contract with Gaumont.
The most excited release we are going to work on will be Léon: The Professional.
It's an awesome movie and definitely one of our favorite movies from the studio. Also, we are discussing about the possibilities in other business opportunities so we are hoping to create great products for them. Thanks and more news will come this month for 2022 projects.

[Shipping material change & shipping rates increase to many locations]

We are replacing bubble wraps with foam boxes for future standard orders at no additional cost. These boxes are more protective and our customers can reuse them again for shipping so we think it's a better option overall.

Shipping rates increased for 2022 and we are facing one of the worst logistics situation right now. We hope that shipping rates can be stabilized with more locations are available with our local post office.

Due to the delays from our suppliers experiencing Covid lockdowns, we are unable to ship the products on time. Also, the 1st week of February is Chinese New Year and all businesses will be closed for 1-2 weeks. We expect to receive the goods by February 10th and begin our shipping by February 14th. Hi guys, this is John. I hope everyone is well and healthy. Due to the wide spread of Omicron variant in our city, we've been having really difficult times with work and logistics. However, our spirit is still high and we are doing everything we can to make great products. T
Today, I want to share 2 news with you guys and if you are interested, please read below.
The 1st good news is our company has become a consumer product licensee for Warner Brothers. We are very excited to see what this license will lead us in the future and we hope to continue to provide great values and quality with our products to our collectors.
The 2nd news is we receive a lot of questions for what our DK trilogy and Matrix trilogy will look like. Since, global releases are rolling out this year, we want to offer our collectors to take a peak at what we've been doing with these releases. Frankly, DK trilogy was done many times by other retailers and we didn't want to work on them but many customers have asked us create them so we begun working on them last year. Some designs are already approved and some are not. We are hoping to finish the remaining approval soon and introduce our versions of both trilogies. For Matrix Trilogy, our goal is to use the glow in dark to give amazing look to the steelbook but we will need try a lot of samples to see if it's up to our expectation.
There are other things we want to discuss but I think the post is already long enough. Thank you again for the continuous support for our products and I wish everyone a good health and have a great weekend ahead.

Hello everyone. This is John and since we are in May already(Time flies), I wanted to give some updates to our collectors.

2. Production delays
Due to the lockdowns from our suppliers, we are experiencing very serious delays with our materials. We source our materials from 10+ vendors and if any of them is affected by Covid, we have to wait for the production to finish. However, we are trying our best to communicate with our suppliers to solve the issue. We hope that the situation gets better soon.

3. CP Proto-type
After signing up with Consumer Product, we have been researching for different types of products and methods to excite our collectors. We expect to share some of the results coming in Q3.

Hi guys, this is John and I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I am very excited and happy to make an announcement that from July, we have become a Consumer Product Licensee for The Walt Disney Company Hong Kong.
More updates and news related to this news will be posted but the biggest reason why we obtained the license was to create Marvel Steelbooks.

Pre-order & Release updates
- No pre-orders in July because of many pending releases.
- ZSJL Motherboxes will begin shipping in the 2nd week of August. Shipping invoice will be sent from next week.
- Dune OC will be delayed to late August because of remaking materials. Our distributor is not satisfied with the final outcome and the process will take at least 1.5 month.
- Matrix 4 Singles will begin shipping according to the schedule but OC may delay 2 weeks because cat production is taking longer than expected.
We apologise for the delay of shipments.

Hi guys, this is John from Manta Lab. I hope everyone is well and ready for the holidays soon. This year is Manta Lab's 7th Anniversary and we want to thank our collectors for the success of this business. Every year we thought about making unique items that we could give away as anniversary gifts and we've finally made something this time.
We decided to make the steelbook frame that our collectors could display their Manta's (or your favorite retailer's) grail steelbook on the wall. It has magnet backings to hold the steelbook and the metal plate. The idea came from looking at platinum record frames that artists have in their studios and we hope our collectors could have fun hanging their favorite grail steelbook on the wall. Metal plate is one of the prototypes and final product will have less yellow and glossy finish.
You will be able to get the first frame as our anniversary gift from our retailers (shipping excluded) and if you would like to purchase more, it will be available for sale later. We are thinking about different plate ideas so that our collectors can swap the existing plate to create new looks with the frame in the future.
